Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the White Coda platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Service

White Coda Inc. provides a CRM and project-management platform ("Service") that includes client portals, automated workflows, communication tools, and analytics dashboards. The Service is offered on a subscription basis and may include integrations with third-party providers.

3. User Accounts

You must register with a valid email address and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for 12 consecutive months. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@whitecoda.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam; (b) upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content; (c) attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or access data beyond your authorization; (d) interfere with the security or performance of the Service; or (e) violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of White Coda Inc. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a limited license to host and display it as necessary to provide the Service. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except within 30 days of initial purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. Taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

7. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and confirm that all data you provide is accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Coda Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
